Edit recordings

Once your event has been recorded, you can access the Edit recordings page to adjust your slides and video.

Before editing your event, make sure you have the media you want to work with. This can be changed using the Gallery icon at the top-right of the video preview and the slide preview.


 

If you want the first slide to be present for the start of the event, drag and drop the first slide from the Bottom Slide View onto the Timeline before pressing start.



Now you're ready to go. Press play on the video preview to start the video.

Click on new slides on the Bottom Slide View as the talk progresses to synchronize the slides and the video. The timing of the slides can be edited afterwards as well.


 

After finishing the video, your event will be synced.

Editing the slides

If you want to edit the timing of the slides you can use the Timeline to:
  • Extend or shorten the length of each slide by expanding the size of the slides
  • Move slides by dragging them to a new position
  • Delete slides.

Publishing your event

If your event recording is published then it is available to attendees. This is shown by the Published button at the top-right of the Edit recordings page. If you do not want the event to be available, click on this button to disable publishing.
