The Edit Layout page allows you to customize your Event page before it is published. This guide will show you how to add slides, change the event details, as well as how to add text, images, and a logo to your Event page.
To upload slides, click on the white presentation area and choose a file from your computer. If you are using a PowerPoint presentation, we recommend that this is first exported as a PDF.
If you have uploaded two sets of slides and would like to choose which set to use, click on the Gallery icon. Click on the checkmark to determine which slides are used on the Event Page.
Uploading a logo
To add a logo above the event title, drag and drop an image into the logo area, or just click on the area to select an image.
Use the Gallery icon to look through uploaded logos.
Changing the event details
Click on any dashed underlined content to edit the event details. When done, confirm your changes with the checkmark.
Adding text and images to the event page
Text and images can be added to the description area beneath the video player. For example, you might want to put up an agenda, or a photo of the speaker. To edit, just click on the box and start typing.
The formatting of the text can be edited as you wish. To upload an image, just click on the image icon on the toolbar. Once done, confirm your changes with the checkmark.
Previewing your Event page
To have a preview of how the page will look to your attendees, click on the Preview button at the top-right of the Edit Layout page.
